
The Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife shows, together with the Carnival of Cadiz, the maximum consideration for holidays that the department grants with competitions in tourism in Spain. It is considering the second carnival most popular and known internationally, after that they are celebrated in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
